Description
Demise of Nations is a 4X turn-based grand strategy wargame covering the rise of Rome till the fall of modern civilization. Command your armies in one of the many ancient and modern countries including the Roman Empire, British Islands, Germany, Japan or the United States. From Rome to modern nations, you create your own warring experience. Wage colossal wars solo, against the AI, or take on your gaming friends in cross-platform multiplayer games. Form alliances and fight co-op style with the AI and other players for ultimate victory.
History
Development of "Demise of Nations" started in October of 2012. The game is inspired by our own strategy game "Age of Conquest" with its WEGO turn-based movement system and "Unity of Command" with its approach to puzzle-like tactical battles. Demise of Nations has evolved and converged into a more "Civilization"-like game including research, city-building, trade and resource management in addition to WEGO-mechanics and tactical battles. Seasons including snow and rain round up the game by hopefully providing an additional level of immersion.
